At Arteanu By Anushka, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home decor; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the artisanal items in their original boxes with all protective fillers to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our quality inspection facility.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
